Experience a trail run through one of the most beautiful parks in Wisconsin at Pen Park Trails Fest. Run the 30k or 14k course in Door County’s Peninsula State Park
2024 Event Info
Runners will receive:
– Long sleeve race shirt (register early to guarantee you get your size)
– Completion medal
– Post-race beer from Sway Brewing and Blending or NA beverage
– Course support and nutrition
– Priority registration for the following year
Registration:
Online registration will be open through October 31st. You can still register in person on-site on Friday (Weborg Shelter 4-7pm) and Saturday (7-8am).
Packet Pickup Info:
– Nov. 1, 4-7 pm: Pick up your shirt and packet at the Weborg Shelter in Peninsula State Park
– Nov. 2, 7-8 am: Packet pickup at Welcker’s Point (start/finish location)
Post Race:
Sway Brewing and Blending of Baileys Harbor will be providing your post-race beer selection! Here’s this list of beer and beverages you’ll be able to redeem your drink ticket for and purchase following the race:

Snack items will be provided for runners following the race. Weather permitting we will be grilling brats and hot dogs available for purchase. Come prepared to enjoy some time around campfires at Welcker’s Point post event!
Pets are not allowed at Welcker’s Point picnic area (per park rules) or while racing during the event.
All vehicles parked within Peninsula State Park must have park passes.
Charitable Partner
Pen Park Trails Fest will contribute to the Friends of Peninsula State Park to support trail development and maintenance following the event.

In our inaugural race year, we aim to create a participant experience that embraces the best of Peninsula State Park and its surrounding towns and businesses. An idea of some of the activities that can be expected are shown in the list below. Activities and gatherings will be announced via email as they are made official.

– Race week gatherings at local businesses
– Organized group mountain/gravel bike ride in the park
